FAIR SERVICES
Services that are included in the unit price:
• Promotion and Advertisement
• Printing the fairs catalogue. (6.000 fair catalogues will be printed. In the catalog each exhibiting company will have a half page space for its information which includes company address & activity field. These informations will be printed both in Turkish and English.)
• Construction of a standard stand. ( The stands are handed to the participants all vacant. Its customer's responsibility to decorate it.)
• There will be 1 spot light (100 watts) per 3 square meters.
• Writing the company names on the stands in standart style.
OTHER SERVICES:
RDF Office
• Delivery of necessary documents, settling, production, accounting and other services during the fair will be provided by us all day long.
Information
• Guests are greeted and directed at the entrance of the fair area.
Stand Staff
• Participant companies can obtain stand hostesses and translators from RDF by contacting RDF office prior to the fair by paying its appropriate fee.
Security
• During the fair's operating time -10:00-19:00- companies are responsible for the security of the stands. Between the closing and opening times the security is provided by the fair security team. After these hours special security can be obtained with a fee.
