GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

-         37th  AYMOD ,International Footwear Fashion  Fair will take place between  24 - 27 May 2007  in ISTANBUL FAIR CENTRE in YESILKOY – Istanbul

-         For any requirements during the preparation period and during the fair,please contact with RDF’s office which will be situated within the fair centre

-         The fair area will be available for stand preparations starting from 22nd of May  at 10.00 hrs. The fair centre will be non-stop available for preparation untill the opening date.

-         Playing music and any kind of shows which might disturb other stands are prohibited

-         The participants ID cards can be obtained from the RDF’s office which will be  situated within the fair centre.

-         Please make sure to carry your exhibitors ID cards with you at all times during the fair.

-         During the fair;enterance time to the fair area for exhibitors are 9.30 , opening time is 10.00 and closing time is at 19.00 hrs.

-         No products are allowed out of the fair centre during the fair.If any company wishes to take any of their products out , a written  confirmation should be asked from RDF untill 18.30 on that day.

-         Any discard should be left infront of the stands just before the closing time to be collected

-         Please do not leave any valuables in your stands

-         Vacating of the stands will start at 19.00 hrs on the closing date and should be over latest by 12.00 hrs on the next day. Please make sure to have somebody in charge in your stand for security reasons during vacating the stand

-         Any carriable item you wish to leave in the fair area after the closing date should be handed over to the RDF’s storage room .These items should be picked up latest by 12.00 hrs the next day. RDF cannot be held responsible for the items which are not handed to their storage room.
